- 1 Onion
- 2 Chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 Oil for frying
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 Blocks japanese curry roux
Instructions

Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and panko.

Fry until cooked through.

Saute onion, add curry roux and water, simmer.

Serve chicken on rice with curry sauce.
