Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 Vegetarian cutlets
  • 2 Blocks japanese curry roux

Instructions

    Saute onion and carrot until soft.

    Add broth and curry roux, simmer until thick.

    Cook vegetarian cutlets as per package.

    Serve cutlets with rice and curry sauce.
