Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tbsp Sake

Instructions

    Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.

    Heat oil in pan, cook chicken skin-side down until golden.

    Flip and pour sauce over chicken.

    Simmer until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked.
