- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Sake
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.

Heat oil in pan, cook chicken skin-side down until golden.
