Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1/2 cup Japanese rice

Instructions

    Rinse rice and place in pan with water.

    Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.

    Season with salt.

    Serve topped with green onion.
