Ingredients

  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Cooked japanese rice
  • 4 tsp Umeboshi paste or pickled plum
  • 1 Sheet nori

Instructions

    Wet hands and sprinkle with salt.

    Take some rice and flatten in hand.

    Add umeboshi paste in center.

  4. 4

    Shape into a triangle and wrap with nori.
