Ingredients

- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 cups Flour
- 200 g Ground pork
- 1 tbsp Yeast
- 1/2 cup Napa cabbage

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water to make dough, rise 1 hr.

Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce for filling.

Divide dough, fill, seal buns.
