Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Napa cabbage

Instructions

    Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water to make dough, rise 1 hr.

    Mix pork, cabbage, soy sauce for filling.

    Divide dough, fill, seal buns.

    Steam 20 min, serve hot.
