Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 g Firm tofu
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 Chili

Instructions

    Coat tofu in cornstarch, fry until golden.

    Drain, toss with salt and pepper.

    Top with chili and scallions, serve.
