Ingredients
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 1 Oil for frying
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 Scallions
- 1 Chili
Instructions

Coat tofu in cornstarch, fry until golden.

Drain, toss with salt and pepper.
