Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 8 Spring roll wrappers

Instructions

    Stir-fry vegetables with soy sauce 3 min, cool.

    Fill wrappers with veggie mix, roll up.

    Seal edges with water.

  4. 4

    Fry until golden, drain and serve.
