Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 cup Shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms
- 1 Oil for frying
- 8 Spring roll wrappers
Instructions

Stir-fry vegetables with soy sauce 3 min, cool.

Fill wrappers with veggie mix, roll up.

Seal edges with water.
