Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp Chili sauce
Instructions

Mix flour and water to form a thin batter.

Heat pan, pour batter to make a thin crepe.

Crack egg on top, spread and cook until set.

Flip, spread hoisin and chili sauce, sprinkle scallions, fold and serve.
