Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 500 g Pork shoulder
- 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese five spice
- 1 tbsp Rice wine
Instructions

Mix sauces, five spice, wine, and garlic for marinade.

Marinate pork at least 2 hrs.

Bake at 200°C for 35-40 min, basting occasionally.
