- 500 g Pork belly
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 slices Ginger
- 2 Scallions
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce

Blanch pork, drain.

Caramelize sugar in pot, add pork, brown well.
