Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 500 g Pork belly
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce

Instructions

    Blanch pork, drain.

    Caramelize sugar in pot, add pork, brown well.

    Add soy sauces, ginger, scallions, stir.

    Add water, simmer covered 1 hr.

    Uncover, reduce sauce until glossy, serve.
