Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 400 g Bok choy

Instructions

    Heat oil in wok, add garlic and stir-fry 1 minute.

    Add bok choy, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.

    Add soy sauce and salt; cook until tender.
