Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 Star anise
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Black tea bags

Instructions

    Boil eggs, crack shells gently.

    Simmer eggs in water with soy sauce, tea, and spices for 1 hour.
