Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Warm water
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 200 g Char siu pork

Instructions

    Mix flour, water, yeast, and sugar to form a dough. Let rise 1 hour.

    Mix pork, hoisin, and soy sauce for filling.
