Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 4 Green onions
  • 3/4 cup Hot water

Instructions

    Mix flour, water, and salt, knead into a dough.

    Rest 20 minutes, roll out, brush with oil, sprinkle with onions.

    Roll up and flatten, cut into pieces.

    Pan-fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
