Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Green onions
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 Chinese eggplants
Instructions

Heat oil in pan, fry eggplant strips until soft.

Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
