Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 2 Green onions
  • 300 g Ground pork
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage
  • 24 Dumpling wrappers

Instructions

    Mix pork, cabbage, onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and egg in a bowl.

    Place a spoonful of filling in each wrapper; seal edges with water.

    Boil or steam dumplings for 8-10 minutes until cooked.

    Serve with dipping sauce.
