Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 Green onions
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (peas

Instructions

    Heat oil in wok, sauté garlic and green onions for 1 minute.

    Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

    Add rice, stir well to combine.

  4. 4

    Add soy sauce and sesame oil, mix thoroughly.

  5. 5

    Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Serve hot.
