Ingredients

- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 100 g Tofu
- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp Chili paste
Instructions

Bring broth to boil, add tofu, mushrooms, carrot.
