Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 100 g Tofu
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Chili paste

Instructions

    Bring broth to boil, add tofu, mushrooms, carrot.

    Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili paste.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken.
