Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Carrots
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 12 Spring roll wrappers
  • 1/2 cup Bean sprouts

Instructions

    Stir-fry vegetables with soy sauce.

    Cool, fill wrappers, roll tight.

    Seal edges, deep-fry until golden.

    Serve hot.
