Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts

Instructions

    Beat eggs, mix with vegetables.

    Heat oil, pour egg mixture to form pancakes.

    Cook until set, flip and cook other side.

    Serve with soy sauce.
