Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cups Cabbage
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

Instructions

    Stir-fry cabbage, mushrooms, carrot in oil.

    Add eggs if using, scramble.

    Stir in soy sauce, hoisin, and scallions.
