Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 400 g Firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Scallions
  • 2 tbsp Doubanjiang
  • 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns

Instructions

    Stir-fry garlic, mushrooms, and doubanjiang in oil.

    Add tofu, gently stir.

    Add soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns.

    Simmer 5 minutes, top with scallions.
