Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 400 g Firm tofu
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Scallions
- 2 tbsp Doubanjiang
- 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorns
Instructions

Stir-fry garlic, mushrooms, and doubanjiang in oil.

Add tofu, gently stir.

Add soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns.
