- 1/2 Onion
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 300 g Pork loin
- 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks

Coat pork in cornstarch, deep-fry until golden.
