Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 300 g Pork loin
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple chunks

Instructions

    Coat pork in cornstarch, deep-fry until golden.

    Stir-fry pepper and onion.

    Add pork, pineapple, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce.
