Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Scallions
  • 200 g Chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts

Instructions

    Cook noodles, drain.

    Stir-fry vegetables in oil.

    Add noodles, soy sauce, toss.

    Top with scallions and serve.
