Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 300 g Flank steak
- 2 cups Broccoli florets

Toss beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.

Blanch broccoli, drain.
