Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 300 g Flank steak
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets

Instructions

    Toss beef with cornstarch and soy sauce.

    Blanch broccoli, drain.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry beef, add garlic.

  4. 4

    Add broccoli, oyster sauce, stir and serve.
