Ingredients

  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 Scallions
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (peas

Instructions

    Scramble eggs, set aside.

    Stir-fry vegetables in oil, add rice.

    Add eggs, soy sauce, scallions, mix well.
