Ingredients
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Chicken breast
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 Scallions
- 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts
- 4 Dried red chilies
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar for sauce.

Stir-fry chicken until browned, set aside.

Stir-fry chilies and garlic, return chicken.

Add sauce, peanuts, scallions; toss and serve.
