Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 Scallions

Instructions

    Scramble eggs in a hot pan, set aside.

    Add oil and rice to pan, stir-fry until hot.

    Return eggs, add scallions, soy sauce, and mix.
