Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 4 Scallions
  • 3/4 cup Hot water

Instructions

    Mix flour, salt, and hot water into a dough. Rest 30 min.

    Roll dough thin, brush with oil, sprinkle scallions.

    Roll up, coil, flatten, and roll out again.

    Pan-fry each pancake until golden on both sides.
