Ingredients
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 cup Warm water
- 200 g Ground pork
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 2 Scallions
Instructions

Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and water to form dough. Let rise 1 hr.

Mix pork, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.

Divide dough, fill with pork mixture, and shape buns.
