Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Scallions
  • 3/4 cup Jasmine rice
  • 1 Pickled vegetables for topping

Instructions

    Rinse rice and combine with water in a pot.

    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Season with salt.

    Serve topped with scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pickles.
