Ingredients

- 8 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Scallions
- 3/4 cup Jasmine rice
- 1 Pickled vegetables for topping
Instructions

Rinse rice and combine with water in a pot.

Bring to a boil, then simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
