Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 Water as needed
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients to make soft dough, rest 1 hour.

    Divide dough, roll into discs.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in hot oil till puffed and golden.

    Serve hot with chana masala.
