Ingredients

- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Oil for frying
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Water as needed
- 1 cup All-purpose flour

Make dough with flour, salt, and water.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds, potatoes, peas, and garam masala.

Cool filling, roll dough, fill and seal samosas.

Fry in hot oil till golden.
