Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Urad dal
  • 1 Oil for cooking

Instructions

    Soak rice and urad dal separately overnight.

    Grind to a smooth batter, ferment overnight.

    Add salt, mix well.

    Spread batter thin on hot pan, drizzle oil.

    Cook until crisp, fold and serve.
