Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 4 Pav buns

Instructions

    Boil and mash potatoes with turmeric, chili powder, and salt.

    Shape into balls, dip in chickpea flour batter.

    Fry until golden.

    Split pav buns, place vada inside.

  5. 5

    Serve with chutney.
