Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Instructions

    Boil and mash potatoes; mix with peas, cumin, garam masala, and salt.

    Knead flour with oil and water to make dough.

    Roll dough, cut into circles, fill with potato mix, fold into triangles.

    Fry in oil till golden.

    Serve hot with chutney.
