Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chickpea flour
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour

Instructions

    Mix flours, yeast, and water to make batter; ferment 1 hour.

    Make sugar syrup with sugar, cardamom, and 1 cup water.

    Pipe batter into hot oil in spiral shapes.

    Fry until golden, dip into syrup.
