Ingredients

  • 1 litre Milk
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom

Instructions

    Boil milk, curdle with lemon juice.

    Drain and knead chenna till smooth.

  3. 3

    Shape into balls.

    Boil sugar, water, and cardamom.

  5. 5

    Add balls and cook 15 mins.

    Cool and serve chilled.
