Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1.5 cups Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom

Instructions

    Mix milk powder, flour, ghee, and milk to make a soft dough.

    Shape into balls.

    Fry in ghee on low heat till golden.

    Boil sugar, water, and cardamom to make syrup.

  5. 5

    Soak fried balls in syrup for 1 hour.

    Serve warm.
