Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 500 g Fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

    Sauté onion and ginger garlic paste in oil.

    Add tomatoes and cook till soft.

    Add curry powder, turmeric, and salt; stir.

    Add fish pieces, simmer 8-10 mins until cooked.

    Serve with rice.
