Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds

Instructions

    Rinse and soak rice for 20 minutes.

    Heat oil, add cumin seeds.

    Add rice and saute for 2 minutes.

    Add water and salt, cook until rice is done.
