- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1 Green chili
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 Large eggplant
Instructions

Roast eggplant on flame, peel, and mash.

Saute cumin, onions, chili, and ginger-garlic paste.
