Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chili powder

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 220°C.

    Cook chicken on a rack for 25-30 minutes.

    Serve hot with lemon wedges.
