Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

Instructions

    Blanch spinach and blend to a puree.

    Saute cumin, onion, and ginger-garlic paste.

    Add tomatoes, cook until soft.

    Add spinach puree and paneer, simmer for 5 minutes.
