Ingredients

  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp Biryani masala

Instructions

    Cook rice until 80% done.

    Saute onions, add vegetables, tomato, and spices.

    Add yogurt and cook until veggies are tender.

    Layer rice and veg mix, cook on low for 20 minutes.
