Ingredients

- 2 cups Rice
- 1 cup Urad dal
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 Water as needed
Instructions

Soak rice, urad dal, and fenugreek overnight.

Grind to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.

Add salt; pour into greased idli molds.
