Ingredients

  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 cup Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 Water as needed

Instructions

    Soak rice, urad dal, and fenugreek overnight.

    Grind to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.

    Add salt; pour into greased idli molds.

  4. 4

    Steam for 10-15 minutes until fluffy.
