Ingredients

  • 3 Potatoes
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1 Green chili
  • 2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Water as needed

Instructions

    Make dough with flour, salt, and water.

    Boil, peel, and mash potatoes; mix with chili and cumin.

    Roll dough, fill with potato mix, and seal.

    Roll flat and cook on tawa with ghee until golden.
