Ingredients

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 Potato
- 1 Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 Green chili
- 2 cups Flattened rice
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
Instructions

Rinse poha and set aside.

Heat oil, add mustard seeds, peanuts, onion, potato, and chili; saute.

Add turmeric and salt.

Mix poha, cook for 2 minutes, and serve.
