Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Urad dal
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1 Green chili

Instructions

    Roast semolina until fragrant.

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, onion, and chili.

    Add water and salt; bring to a boil.

    Add semolina slowly, stir until thickened.
